PURPOSE: A voice guide control device of a vehicle cluster and a method thereof are provided to guide a user with warning sounds or texts instead of voice guide when the number of the voice guide about a same function is repeated over the predetermined number in the vehicle cluster.;CONSTITUTION: A vehicle alert function is guided with a voice according to vehicle state information(S1). The output number of the same voice guide is counted(S2). Whether the count number of the output number on the same voice guide exceeds the standard number is determined(S3). When the counted number on the same voice guide exceeds the standard number, warning sound or text guides instead of the voice guide through a function warning unit(S4). Whether a reset signal is inputted or not is confirmed during guiding the warning sound and the text(S5).
