PURPOSE: An ACK(Acknowledgement) or NACK(Negative Acknowledgement) transmitting method in a TDD(Time Division Duplex) based wireless communication system and an apparatus thereof are provided to select an appropriate control channel according to the size of a payload of a HARQ(Hybrid Automatic Repeat reQuest) ACK or NACK.;CONSTITUTION: A wireless device includes a memory(52), a processor(51), and an RF(Radio Frequency) unit(53). The memory stores diverse information for driving the processor. The RF unit transmits or receives a radio signal which is connected to the processor and includes a base band circuit for processing the radio signal.
