PURPOSE: A compressed air storage power plant using a new renewable energy is provided to solve a difficulty of an application to a base electricity due to a heterogeness of a new renewable energy development electricity by using an artificial structure for a compressed air storage. CONSTITUTION: A compressive air storage power plant using a new renewable energy comprises multiple new energy generators(10), an outside structure(60) of a chambered structure, an air compressor, multiple compressed air storage structures(30), a re-heater, a turbine, and a generator. The outside structure is fixed above a sea base foundation, and an upper side is higher than a sea surface. The air compressor is installed at a top part compartment(62) of the outside structure. Electricity generated in the new renewable energy generator is compressed by inhaling an external air by driving a motor as a driving source. Multiple compressed air storage structures are interconnected to a connection pipe with storing air compacted by the air compressor through the compressed air incoming pipe. The re-heater is installed at a top part compartment of the external structure, and expands a volume of a compressed air which is extracted through a compressed air outlet from the compressed air storage structure. The turbine is installed at a top part compartment of the external structure, and driven by a compressed air expanded by the re-heater. The generator is installed at a top part compartment of the external structure and generates electricity by a driving of the turbine.
