NON-CONTACT MAGNETIC COUPLING OVERDRIVE TYPE COAXIAL INVERSION POWER GENERATOR, MULTISTAGE COUPLING DRIVE UNIT USING SAME COAXIAL INVERSION POWER GENERATOR, AND WIND POWER GENERATOR USING SAME MULTISTAGE COUPLING DRIVE UNIT

摘要

PURPOSE: A non-contact magnetic coupling overdrive type coaxial inversion power generator, a multistage coupling drive unit using a same coaxial inversion power generator, and a wind power generator using same multistage coupling drive unit are provided to obtain an alternator output which is a high power as a magnetism bond overdrive type by using a contactless magnetism planet gear. CONSTITUTION: A non-contact magnetic coupling overdrive type coaxial inversion power generator comprises a generator support barrel part(2), an outer rotor(11), a non-contact magnetic planetary gear accelerating unit(31) of a multi-stage skew structure, a pair of permanent magnet disks(41A, 41B), a coreless type coil unit(51), a rotation delivery(61), and an alternator output extraction unit(71). The outer rotor is supported in a circumference of the generator support barrel part, and rotates by an input of a rotatory power. The non-contact magnetic planetary gear accelerating unit obtains a rotating output of a direction on an opposite of a rotatory power by connecting a rotation of the outer rotor inside the outer rotor. A permanent magnet disk is fixed with a top and bottom distance in a circumference of the generator support barrel part inside the outer rotor. The coreless type coil unit is arranged with a gap between a pair of the permanent magnet disks. The rotation delivery is connected to the non-contact magnetic planetary gear accelerating unit and a coil unit in a circumference of the generator support barrel part. A rotating output of a the non-contact magnetic planetary gear accelerating unit is delivered to the coil unit. The coil unit is inverted about the permanent magnet disk.
