摘要

PURPOSE: A pressure cap for the surge tank of vehicle cooling system is provided to separately consist of a constant pressure valve and a negative pressure valve, thereby simplifying the structure of the constant pressure valve and the negative pressure valve as well as decreasing the height of valve structure.;CONSTITUTION: A pressure cap for the surge tank of vehicle cooling system includes a cap body(110), a guard(120), a constant pressure valve unit(130), and a negative pressure valve unit(140). The cap body is coupled to filler neck(210), which is formed in a surge tank, and in which a port (115) is formed. The guard is provided in the cap body, and the constant pressure valve hole(121) and the negative pressure valve hole(125) are connected with the internal end of port at the one side part and the other side part. The constant pressure valve unit include a constant pressure valve(131) in the constant pressure valve hole, and opens and seals the constant pressure valve hole by vertically moving the constant pressure valve according to the inner pressure of surge tank. The negative pressure valve unit include a negative pressure valve(141) in the negative pressure valve hole, and opens and seals the negative pressure valve hole by vertically moving the negative pressure valve according to the inner pressure of surge tank.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
