PURPOSE: Retransmission method and device in direct communication between terminals are provided not to lose communication infrastructure with cellular base station and to solve generated errors with an HARQ (Hybrid Automatic Repeat request) control method.;CONSTITUTION: A transmission device (110) includes a reception unit (111), a transmission unit (113) and a control unit (115). The reception unit supplies the information to the control unit by receiving transmission control information and reception control information from a base station after avoiding a synchronization signal range and provides the message to the control unit by receiving a reception confirmation message from an opponent terminal. The transmission unit transmits data and a scheduling request message based on control of the control unit.
