PURPOSE: An SNP genotyping method using melting analysis, comprising a step of diluting PCR amplicon is provided to quickly, simply, and cheaply perform SNP genotyping using laboratory equipment. CONSTITUTION: An SNP genotyping method using DNA melting analysis comprises: a step of amplifying a target sequence containing an SNP site; a step of diluting the amplified PCR amplicon; a step of binding the diluted PCR amplicon with an unlabeled oligonucleotide probe under the presence of fluorescent DNA binding dye; a step of measuring fluorescent intensity while increasing temperature of a product; and a step of typing SNP according to the presence or absence of a peak representing each type of SNP.
