PURPOSE: A method for forming a mobile phone case is provided to improve exterior appearance of the mobile phone by applying a lenticular sheet to the surface of a case. CONSTITUTION: A method for forming a mobile phone case comprises a step of manufacturing a molding frame(120) corresponding to the mobile phone(110) case; a step of arranging the molding frame in a vacuum molder(122), vacuum molding a transparent thermoplastic resin sheet(140) two times; and overlapping a molding part(150); a step of putting out the transparent thermoplastic sheet from the molding frame, and cutting and separating the molding part to form an opening on a front side; a step of punching a plurality of through holes(160) at a constant interval; a step of insert extracting a synthetic resin material(180) along edges of an opening part(152), to surround the plurality through holes; and a step of matching the transparent thermoplastic resin sheet and reticular sheet(130).
