PURPOSE: A drilling machine for repairing a joint part and a joint part repairing method using the same are provided to improve the accuracy and speed of a task by adjusting a gap and a boring depth, and inserting a staple rebar without twisting. CONSTITUTION: A drilling machine for repairing a joint part comprises a main body part(100), a boring part(200), and a moving part(300). The main body part comprises a frame joined to the upper and lower plates. The boring part is arranged between the upper and lower plates to be movable in the height direction for boring a cut area. The moving part moves the main body part to move along the cut area of a concrete pavement. The boring part comprises a moving plate(210), a boring drill(220), and a moving unit(230).
