FUEL GAS SUPPLY SYSTEM BY ELECTRIC HEAT EXCHANGER FOR SHIP WHICH USE LNG FUEL

PURPOSE: A gas feeding apparatus capable of utilizing an electric heat exchanger in a ship by using liquefied natural gas (LNG) as fuel is provided to exclude heat exchange media (steam, fresh water, and seawater), thereby reducing piping cost for transferring the heat exchange media and reducing maintenance cost for the heat exchange media. CONSTITUTION: A gas feeding apparatus capable of utilizing an electric heat exchanger in a ship using liquefied natural gas (LNG) as fuel includes an electric vaporizer (103), an LNG injecting apparatus (104), a gas-liquid separator (106), a first compressor (107), and a gas cooler (108). The vaporizer receives the LNG, and then converts the LNG into cold gas. The LNG injecting apparatus receives the LNG from the vaporizer and then lowers the temperature of the LNG in order to convert the LNG into the cold gas. The gas-liquid separator separates the liquid LNG. The first compressor compresses a fed combustion gas, raises the pressure of the combustion gas to a proper level, and then feeds the combustion gas. The gas cooler controls the temperature of the combustion gas to be a proper temperature required for a main engine.
