PURPOSE: A device and a method for cooperative communication in a vehicle communication environment are provided to improve communication performance with a cooperative communication technique obtaining a diversity gain by combining a remodulated signal transmitted from a relay.;CONSTITUTION: A transmission vehicle of a vehicle transmission system modulates signal in a synchronous method(S100). A relay arranged in road side equipment and a relay arranged in a neighboring vehicle receive a synchronous modulation signal and demodulate the synchronous modulation signal with a synchronous method using each channel information(S110). The relay completes the demodulation of the synchronous modulation signal and remodulates the demodulated synchronous modulation signal using a differential method(S120). The relay transmits the remodulated demodulated synchronous modulation signal to a reception vehicle(S130).
