PURPOSE: A buster pump control system and a pump control method using the same are provided to reduce energy consumption and improve the stability of a facility.;CONSTITUTION: A buster pump control system comprises a water reservoir(10), a water sensor unit, a pump unit(30), a pressure sensing unit(40), a flow rate sensing unit(50), an input unit(70), an environment inspection control loop storing device(80), a PI sub-control unit(90), a discrimination synthetic control unit(100), a PI calculation control unit(110), and an output unit(120). The water sensor unit senses the water level of the water reservoir. The pressure sensing unit senses the discharge pressure of the pump unit. The flow rate sensing unit senses a discharged flow rate of the pump unit. The input unit receives signals of the water sensor unit, the pressure sensing unit, the flow rate sensing unit, an inverter output unit(60), thereby being driven. Te environment inspection control loop storing device receives the output signals of the input unit, thereby storing a flow rate value according to a flow rate change of a buster pump, a pressure value, a power amount of operation.
