摘要

PURPOSE: A method for setting initial focus of a camera module is provided to perform initial focus setting capable of focusing to a subject located in a remote place, by applying an area measuring maximum modulation transfer function (MTF) in an SFR sheet differently.;CONSTITUTION: In the state that an upper unit and a lower unit are combined, a SFR chart is photographed as moving the position of an upper housing or a lower housing (S110). The position of the upper housing and the lower housing is obtained where MTF becomes maximum in an area separated as much as 0.2 or 0.4 times of a diagonal around a center portion which is the intersection of two diagonals of the SFR chart, by the analysis of a photographed image (S120).
