PURPOSE: An engine starting motor protective gear of construction machine is provided to block the operation of starting motor by controlling a relay added on a starting electric circuit if the cranking state of engine motor and the cranking time exceeds the set time.;CONSTITUTION: An engine starting motor protective gear of construction machine includes an engine starting motor(100), a starting motor switch(200), a first relay(310), and an engine controller(300). The starting motor switch applies a cranking signal which operates the starting motor. The first relay is arranged between the starting motor and the starting motor switch and controls the cranking signal. If the cranking time of the operation motor and the set time are compared and then the cranking time of the starting motor is smaller than the set time, the engine controller maintains cranking the starting motor. If the cranking time of the starting motor is same as or bigger than the set time, the engine controller controls the first relay so as to stop cranking the starting motor.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
