PALETTE TRACTION DEVICE FOR A TIPPER LOADING BOX, CAPABLE OF REDUCING A LABOR INTENSITY ACCORDING TO A PALETTE SUPPLY WORK

PURPOSE: A palette traction device for a tipper loading box is provided to enable to mount a palette on a tipper loading box by moving the palette with a mechanical power of a traction device without an additional labor when a movement is unable to be smooth due to an aging of the palette.;CONSTITUTION: A palette traction device for a tipper loading box(4) comprises a winch(10), a traction link(13), a guide member(21), and a regular position guide roller(22). The winch is installed behind a tipper loading box placed on a palette mount waiting position, and a wire(11) is wound in a drum(12). The traction link is fixed to a wire end edge of the winch, and is fixed by hanging to the palette. The guide member is installed under a bottom plate of the tipper loading box. In an intermediate position to a left and right direction of the tipper loading box, the guide member is formed in a long to backward and forward, and a wire of the winch is penetrated toward inside. The regular position guide roller is installed between the guide member and the winch, and supports a wire in order to maintain a traction force of a wire in an intermediate position to a left and right direction of the tipper loading box.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
