PURPOSE: A recliner device for a vehicle is provided to prevent a deviation of operation power by smoothly rotating a cam in reclining operation.;CONSTITUTION: A recliner device (100) for a vehicle comprises an external gear bracket (110), an internal gear bracket (120), a socket block (130), a pair of wedge blocks (230), an wedge spring (240), and first and second cams (210,220). The external gear bracket comprises an external gear. The internal gear bracket comprises an internal gear (122), and the internal gear is engaged with the external gear. The socket block is connected to the external gear bracket and the internal gear bracket. A pair of the wedge blocks is rotated by the socket block. The wedge spring is inserted into between a pair of the wedge blocks and elastically pushes each wedge blocks.
