REAL TIME COMMUNICATION NETWORK STRUCTURE OF AUTO IN-LINE AGING SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A real-time communications network structure of an automatic inline aging system is provided to perform real-time communications with a pallet, which drives and inspects a product, from the point when the pallet is loaded with a product and inserted to the point when an inspection is completed and the pallet is discharged. CONSTITUTION: An aging chamber performs an aging test for the products mounted on pallets. A central control area network (CAN) interfaces a local CAN with a host device. A CAN gateway (130) connects the local CAN with the central CAN. A CAN adapter (140) connects the central CAN with Ethernet. The host device manages a process of aging inspection. A switching hub connects the host device with the CAN adapter.
