PURPOSE: A high damping vertical dynamic absorber is provided to damp or absorb the vibration of a generation system in a vessel and to control bending moment vertically applied to the vessel.;CONSTITUTION: A high damping vertical dynamic absorber comprises an enclosure (110), a vibration absorbing unit (120), one or more pairs of first and second coil springs (130,140), and silicone oil (150). The enclosure forms the outside of the high damping vertical dynamic absorber. The vibration absorbing unit is positioned inside the enclosure with specific mass. A first coil spring is positioned in between the upper surface inside the enclosure and the upper part of the vibration absorbing unit. A second coil spring is positioned in between the lower surface inside the enclosure and the lower part of the vibration absorbing unit. The silicone oil is viscous, and is positioned in an offset space inside the enclosure and the vibration absorbing unit, and closely attaches the vibration absorbing unit to the enclosure.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
