PURPOSE: A heat energy conversion method and a device thereof are provided to reduce cooling water consumption in a condenser by sufficiently cooling rarefied fluid which is obtained by a gas-liquid separator in a cycle converting heat energy into useful energy.;CONSTITUTION: A heat energy conversion method comprises the following steps. A working fluid which is mixed with two different fluids having at least two different boiling points is heated by a heating fluid. The working fluid is an evaporation-working fluid which is at least partially evaporated, and the heating fluid is composed of a low temperature heating fluid with the temperature lower than the inflow temperature. The evaporation-working fluid is separated into a concentrated fluid and a rarefied fluid. The working fluid exchanges heat with the heating fluid to increase the temperature of the evaporation fluid to be higher than the temperature of the low temperature heating fluid in the step of heating. The rarefied fluid, which is separated in the step of separation of the evaporation-working fluid, exchanges heat with the low temperature heating fluid.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
