PURPOSE: A multi situation awareness system and a method thereof are provided to employ a multi situation awareness technology, thereby providing a customized cloud computing service regardless of the type of a user device.;CONSTITUTION: User situation information is comprised of the access information created when a user requests a cloud service and necessary information for the service. A situation information separating module (500) encodes/transmits as well as receives/decodes the user's situation information. A situation defining module (600) analyzes the user situation information and identifies the user's service use level by mapping the user situation information. A SLA (Service Level Agreement) defining module (700) determines the service to be provided by figuring out what service is fit for the user's device and situation.
