摘要

PURPOSE: High corrosion resistance castable refractory is provided to replace SiO2 and SiC with alumina, thereby improving corrosion resistance for slag and hot metal, mechanical wear resistance and thermal shock resistance.;CONSTITUTION: High corrosion resistance castable refractory contains Al2O3 of high content without containing SiC. The content of the Al2O3 within the high corrosion resistance castable refractory is 70 to 90 weight%. The high corrosion resistance castable refractory is constructed in a blast furnace main iron through. The high corrosion resistance castable refractory replaces SiO2 and SiC with alumina, and erosion resistance for slag and hot metal is strengthened.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
