PNEUMATIC TIRE PATTERN BLOCK, CAPABLE OF IMPROVING THE WATER-FILM AND DRAIN PERFORMANCE OF A TIRE BY ABSORBING WATER

PURPOSE: A pneumatic tire pattern block is provided to prevent a tire from being deformed due to load and displacement conditions in a tread and to absorb and discharge water in a groove.;CONSTITUTION: A pneumatic tire pattern block (10) comprises a groove (11) and a block (12). The pneumatic tire pattern block is formed in a tread (1) which comes in touch with a road. The grooves are formed on the surface of the tread in a tire circumferential direction (TC) and in a shoulder direction from the center of the tread at a gap. The blocks are positioned in between neighboring grooves and are separated from each other. Absorbing holes are separately formed along one block edge which is in touch with the road. An absorbing hole comprises a first part for taking water and a second part for storing the water. The first part is formed on one side of the block towards the inside of the block which is in touch with the road.
