PURPOSE: A polarizing plate for an organic light-emitting device and an organic light-emitting display device including the same are provided to reduce external light reflection rate without the influence in organic luminescent materials and to increase the efficiency of an organic luminescent material blue light-emitting body.;CONSTITUTION: A polarizing plate for an organic light-emitting device (100) comprises a polarizer (11), a protection film (13) which is laminated on one surface of the polarizer, and an adhesion layer (14) which is laminated on the other surface of the polarizer.
