PURPOSE: An image stabilizer and a lens driving device are provided to correct image shaking at high precision.;CONSTITUTION: An image stabilizer (30) includes a base member (2), a movable member (10), a driving member (11) for the movable member, and a regulation member. The movable member is arranged on the base member and moved on a plane at right angles to an optical axis (C). The driving member for the movable member is arranged on the base member and the movable member and moves the movable member in a direction at right angles to the optical axis. The regulation member regulates the movement of the movable member on the plane at right angles to the optical axis. The regulation member regulates the movement of the movable member by two movement tracks. The two movement tracks are as follows: a linear movement track which moves in a direction at right angles to the optical axis; and a rotational movement track which rotates around a spot on the linear movement track.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
