PURPOSE: A multi-image monitoring system which applies weighted value of image-changing rate is provide to improve efficiency of monitoring by enlarging size of an image having specific action. CONSTITUTION: An image change sensing unit (30) senses image change of an image delivered from an image division unit (20) and delivers image change value to an image aspect adjustment unit (40). The image aspect adjustment unit calculates rate of images with action and images without action by using the image change value, calculates image size value compared to full-screen by using the rate and controls the image size according to the image size value.
