PURPOSE: A control structure and control method of a tractor with improved reaction speed are provided to enhance the reaction speed in the initial process of the operation control of forward/backward gear shifting or a clutch in the tractor, thereby reducing impact on the tractor in the operation process.;CONSTITUTION: A control structure for the operation of forward/backward gear shifting or a clutch in a tractor comprises the followings. A storage unit (12) stores at least one control table associated with the operation control of predetermined gear shifting or the clutch. An output control unit (14) outputs a pulse-width modulation (PWM) control signal according to the control table by the input of an operation signal. A ratio control valve (15) is connected to the output control unit and determines opening and shutting according to the output signal of the output control unit. A micro controller (11) controls the storage unit and output control unit.
