摘要

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of mountain cultivated ginseng bamboo salt and a mountain cultivated ginseng bamboo salt capsule are provided to simply and safely intake the mountain cultivated ginseng and the bamboo salt. CONSTITUTION: A mountain cultivated ginseng is smoked with a ginger which is thinly cut. A smoke-dried mountain cultivated ginseng is dried and made into a powder. The yeast is manufactured by mixing 100 parts by weight of roughly ground wholegrain wheat and 15-33 parts by weight of makgeolli and drying at 30-37C in the room for 10-15 days after shaping. The yeast and malt are parched and made into a powder. The mountain cultivated ginseng, and the yeast and the malt are mixed with the bamboo salt.
