PURPOSE: A honey-comb seal in weld-free production method applied to a gas turbine engine and a method thereof are provided to employ a foldable production method instead of a spot welding so that the folded direction is same as the rotation direction, thereby being applied to a structure body which has a small diameter.;CONSTITUTION: A honey-comb seal in weld-free production method applied to a gas turbine engine includes an uneven line and a section forming line. The uneven line is repetitively formed in multiple numbers by the predetermined distance in the length direction of honey comb seal base material, and has an uneven portion. The section forming line includes a cutting line and a folded line repetitively formed in multiple numbers by the predetermined in a vertical direction to the even line. The uneven portion is formed by folding along the uneven line, and a partition wall and a hollow portion are formed by folding along the folded line of the section forming line.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
