PURPOSE: A system for issuing a mobile value added service (VAS) and a method thereof are provided to automatically use the mobile VAS by searching the mobile VAS for a purchased product, thereby increasing convenience of usage of the mobile VAS.;CONSTITUTION: When stimulation is applied to a mobile terminal (300) by a user in a state that the mobile terminal is close to a near field communication (NFC) reader of a point-of-sale (POS) system (S520). The mobile terminal requests mobile VAS issuing while transmitting user information to the POS system (S530).
