PURPOSE: An openable roof structure and a locking device for the same are provided to be used for locking the components an openable roof structure or gaps between the components. CONSTITUTION: A locking device for an openable roof structure comprises a fixing unit (1), an operating unit (6), and a locking lever (8). The fixing unit comprises a first guide. The operating unit comprises a second guide (7) and is movable in a first direction to control the movement of the locking lever. The locking lever operates the operating unit and is movable in the first direction to lock the operating unit in a predetermined position. The movement of the locking lever is controlled by the operating unit. The locking lever comprises a first cam (9) and a second cam (10) in order to operate with the first and second guides.
