PURPOSE: A portable oil injection device for a vehicle is provided to prevent the spilling of oil caused by manually controlling the flow rate of the oil by controlling a ball valve while checking an air pressure gauge.;CONSTITUTION: A portable oil injection device for a vehicle comprises a main body (10), an air injection pipe (20), an oil feeding pipe (30), and a pressure gauge (12). The main body is airtightly coupled to an injection port (2) of an oil container (1). The air injection pipe is installed in the main body to inject air for pressurizing the inside of the oil container. The oil feeding pipe is installed in the main body to discharge the oil of the oil container to the outside.
