摘要

PURPOSE: A method for checking insulation resistance defects of a battery is provided to minimize damage of a battery cell by simplifying the process.;CONSTITUTION: A battery cell (10) seals a thermal bonding sealing part (15) after an electrode assembly is installed in a battery cell case of a laminate sheet. The battery cell checks fault of the insulation resistance between a metal layer and a terminal electrode by measuring a voltage between the battery cell and the metal layer exposed to the end of the outer circumference of the thermally bonding sealing part. The battery cell connects a metal layer connection part (100) comprising a conductive elastic material to the metal layer at the end of the outer circumference of the thermally bonded sealing part. The battery cell regards the insulation resistance as fault when the voltage is measured by conduction, by connecting a terminal connector (110) to the electrode terminal.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
