COPOLYMER COMPOSITION FOR A HIGH-REFRACTIVE OPTICAL LENS CONTAINING A THIO EPOXY COMPOUND, A POLYISOCYANATE COMPOUND, AND A POLYTHIOL COMPOUND, AND A MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THE OPTICAL LENS
PURPOSE: A copolymer optical lens with excellent surface precision and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to minimize the surface ring failure phenomenon in high power lenses with large radius curvature.;CONSTITUTION: A copolymer composition for a high-refractive optical lens contains a thio epoxy compound, a polyisocyanate compound, and bis (2-mercaptoethyl) sulfide. The thio epoxy compound is selected from a group consisting of bis (2,3-epithiopropyl) sulfide, bis (2,3-epithiopropyl) disulfide, (2,3-epithiopropyl) (2,3-epithiopropyl) sulfide, 2,3-epidithiopropyl (2,3-epithiopropyl) disulfide, 1,3- and 1,4-bis (beta-epithiopropylthio) cyclohexane, 1,3- and 1,4-bis (beta-epithiopropylthiomethyl) cyclohexane, 2,5-bis (beta-epithiopropylthiomethyl)-1,4-dithiane, and 2,5-bis (beta-epithiopropylthioethyl thiomethyl)-1,4-dithiane, and 2- (2-beta-epithiopropylthioethyl thio)-1,3-bis propane.
