THERMAL REDUCTION DEVICE FOR MANUFACTURING MAGNESIUM IN WHICH DEPOSITION BEHAVIOR BECOMES CHANGED SUITABLE FOR IMPROVING THE EFFICIENCY OF COLLECTING MAGNESIUM BY CHANGING THE DEPOSITION BEHAVIOR OF MAGNESIUM INSIDE CONDENSERS
PURPOSE: A thermal reduction device for manufacturing magnesium in which deposition behavior becomes changed is provided to performing a material obtained by burning a dolomite or at high temperatures under a vacuum condition, thereby manufacturing solid or molten magnesium metal.;CONSTITUTION: A thermal reduction device for manufacturing magnesium in which deposition behavior becomes changed includes a thermal reduction furnace, a thermal reduction reaction pipe (20), condensers (30), and a deposition behavior changing unit (40). The thermal reduction furnace heats a green compact briquette in which calcined dolomite, ferrosilicon, and fluorite powder are mixed. The green compact briquette is inserted into the thermal reduction reaction pipe, thereby being heated by the thermal reduction furnace. The condensers condense the magnesian steam generated in the thermal reduction reaction pipe. The deposition behavior changing unit changes the deposition behavior of the magnesian steam. The thermal reduction reaction pipe is installed vertically or horizontally inside the thermal reduction furnace.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
