PURPOSE: A personal information providing system is provided to create data about the relation between content generation and content consumption of users and to extract metadata based on the content and the user access to the content.;CONSTITUTION: A server (110) checks a cloud storage (210), a meta data knowledge engine (220), a providing unit (230), and an existence check unit (240). The cloud storage synchronizes content and metadata about the content with a device (120). Based on the metadata, the metadata knowledge engine creates data about the relation between content generation and content consumption of users. The providing unit provides the created data by the metadata knowledge engine.
