PURPOSE: An application money-back guaranteed sales method and a market server for implementing the same are provided to collect applications installed in a user terminal and to facilitate money-back guaranteed sales of a new application.;CONSTITUTION: A market server (100) searches for money-back guaranteed sales target applications among applications sold to a user terminal (200) (S210).
