PURPOSE: A cargo owner-centered green logistics diagnosis and evaluation system is provided to optimize the flow of logistics by evaluating key performance indicator selection, functions of a logistics hub, and transport paths and to present the optimum path considering the linked logistics through a modal shift, thereby reducing the logistics cost as well as the carbon emission.
