PURPOSE: A matrix based construction work management device is provided to have the following effects: the construction work cost reduction effect; various construction related information recognizing effect, an effect which enables to correct a CAD drawing which is outputted as a pop-up window, an effect of indicating the task schedule to be able to recognize consecutively; and an effect which enables the simple movement and readings. CONSTITUTION: A matrix based construction work management device is comprised of an information storage method (100), an information input method (200), an information output method (300), and a main control method (400). The information storage method indicates the whole task items on a common type classification system shaft (111) to be able to input; indicates the task item space where the real work is being progressed on a facility classification system shaft (112) to be able to input; and stores a matrix sheet (110) for the construction work management. The information input method requests an output of the matrix sheet for the construction work management, the whole task items information, and an input of the task item space information. The information output method is an output user interface for outputting the construction work related information which includes the matrix sheet for the construction work management, and provides a display unit. The main control method extracts the matrix sheet for the construction work management and outputs/controls through the information output method; processes and controls an input request of the construction work related information of the corresponding task item; and outputs/controls through the information output method. The information storage method comprises the purchase planned construction material parts cost list DB (103), and a construction material parts cost guidance server (500). The construction material parts cost guidance server notifies the construction material parts cost information for each renewed code and the construction material selling contact address information to the main control method.
