PURPOSE: A wireless connection method of a narrowband terminal and an apparatus using the same are provided to allow a base station to efficiently utilize a wireless resource by notifying the base station about the dedicated bandwidth of the narrowband terminal.;CONSTITUTION: A receiver (100) receives system information or a handover command from a base station. A transmitter (200) transmits a random access preamble to the base station. The receiver receives a random access response message from the base station. The transmitter transmits a connection request message including information about the dedicated bandwidth of a narrowband terminal or a handover confirmation message.
