PURPOSE: A visible light wireless communication method using inverted signals and a device for the same are provided to be applied to communication between vehicles having high external noises and far communication distances using both lamps of a vehicle as two conductive wires in a differential signal mode.;CONSTITUTION: A pulse width modulation (PWM) section determination unit (1320) determines the length of an additional PWM section based on brightness information corresponding to headlight, tail light, and brake light from a bright information providing unit (1390) corresponding to a central control unit of a vehicle.
