CREEP AND STRESS RELAXATION TESTER FOR POLYMER MATERIALS

PURPOSE: A polymer material creep and a stress relaxation tester are provided to accurately understand the mechanical property of the polymer material by testing the creep and the stress relaxation under the same environment, thereby enhancing the reliability of the endurance life prediction. CONSTITUTION: A polymer material creep and a stress relaxation tester comprise a heating furnace (20), a creep tester (30), and a stress relaxation tester (40). The heating furnace is located at the top. A plurality of test piece for the creep test and a test piece for the stress relaxation are located inside an identical space. The creep tester fixes the plurality of test piece for the creep test. The creep tester performs the creep test of the test pieces. The stress relaxation tester fixes the test piece for the stress relaxation test. The stress relaxation tester performs the stress relaxation test to the test piece.
