PURPOSE: An insulation-waterproofing method of the bottom of building is provided to include an insulation that has insulation by itself, thereby solving the problem that the insulation performance is deteriorated, and improving the insulation performance and the constructability. CONSTITUTION: An insulation-waterproofing method of the bottom of building comprises the following steps: arranging insulation waterproofing boards (1), which has a waterproofing coating layer on the outer portion of the foaming resin molded article with a plate shaped body and a protruding support unit, to be connected with each other; and waterproof-finishing the connection portion between the insulation waterproofing boards by using a sealing material. A concrete mortar layer (2) is formed on the top of the insulation waterproofing boards.
