PURPOSE: A spinning reel and a drag switching device thereof is provided to mount a manipulation part on a rocking shaft by engaging a first non-circular recess and second non-circular recess of the manipulation part to a first non-circular portion and second non-circular portion of the rocking shaft.;CONSTITUTION: A drag switching device of a spinning reel comprises a drag switch lever and a switch. The drag switch lever includes a rocking shaft (76) and a manipulation part (77) and rocks between a lock and a release position. The rocking shaft is rotatably supported in a reel body (2). A first non-circular portion (76e) is installed in one end of the rocking shaft. A second non-circular portion is installed in the other end of the rocking shaft. The manipulation part includes a lever part, a first fluctuation mounting part (77b), and a second fluctuation mounting part (77c). The first fluctuation mounting part and second fluctuation mounting part are unified into a body with the lever part, divided into two parts from the lever part. The two parts are extended to a first end and a second end, rotatably mounted on the rocking shaft and equipped on the second end. The first fluctuation mounting part includes a first non-circular recess (77d) which is separately engaged to the first non-circular portion from a diametric direction of the rocking shaft. The second fluctuation mounting part includes a second non-circular recess (77e) which is separately engaged to the second non-circular portion from a diametric direction of the rocking shaft.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
