PURPOSE: An optic nerve circuit device and an object searching system using the same are provided to minimize recruiting costs and maintenance costs. CONSTITUTION: A transconductance unit (110) receives a value in which a reference value for separating a searching target object from the background of an image is applied. An external control voltage applying unit (120) sets the reference value. A mirroring unit (130) prevents a back flow by mirroring the output voltage of the transconductance unit. A buffer unit (140) prevents the back flow of the voltage by buffering the output voltage of the mirroring unit. The buffering unit amplifies an input voltage for a frame which is similar with the pattern of the object in the output voltage of the mirroring unit. [Reference numerals] (AA) Equivalent Circuit
