PURPOSE: A control system and a log delivery method are provided to generate a log file including the log file of the whole central processing unit (CPU), thereby preventing the loss of a useful log.;CONSTITUTION: A first generation unit (302) stores the logs of arithmetic processing units (300,400) stored in the storage unit (200) of each control device (110) within the range of an upper limit of log capacitance determined on the basis of a total number of the arithmetic processing units in order based on priorities to generate a first log file. A second generator (402) generates a second log file including a plurality of the first log files of the arithmetic processing units. A delivery unit (403) delivers the second log file to an external device. A calculation unit calculates the upper limit for each arithmetic processing unit on the basis of events generated in each of arithmetic processing units.
