PURPOSE: An apparatus controlling IDC (In-Device Coexistence interference) in radio communications system and a method thereof can allow a base station to request information about the IDC to a terminal.;CONSTITUTION: An IDC instruction request determining unit (2265) determines to request that a terminal indicates information related to an IDC situation.
