PURPOSE: A crane for bridge construction is provided to prevent damage of a bridge deck and stranding of the crane, thereby performing a lifting work with an improved safety. CONSTITUTION: A crane for bridge construction comprises a load dispersion beam (20) and a load pressurizing unit (40). The crane is installed on the deck of a bridge when the bridge is built. The crane makes up a set which is divided into two sides to be installed on both decks across a connection unit of the decks as a center so that stress is not concentrated to one side of the decks. The load dispersion beam is fixed on the crane by being bound by a fixation unit (30) to disperse the load of the crane and the load which is added during the lifting work into a wide area. The load pressurizing unit corresponds to the load of the crane on the other side of the load dispersion beam which is fixed on the crane.
