PURPOSE: A wireless network device for providing multiple virtual networks to multiple terminals and a method thereof are provided to resolve transmission capacity imbalance between an uplink and a down link generated in a single cell network composed of multiple users and one access point.;CONSTITUTION: An operating part (230) grasps a determination factor for the connection state of a terminal connected to a virtual network.
