PURPOSE: A pyrimidine system derivative compound is provided to be usefully used for the prevention or treatment of dementia, pick disease, Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease, hypothyrodism, Parkinson disease and Huntington disease etc by antagonism against an RAGE receptor.;CONSTITUTION: Pyrimidine system derivatives of a chemical formula 1 or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof are provided. A manufacturing method of the pyrimidine system derivatives includes a step of obtaining a compound of a chemical formula 1A by reacting a chloropyrimidine derivative of a chemical formula 2 with a compound of a chemical formula 3.
