PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a polyester resin is provided to manufacture a polyester resin which does not include harmful components by using a catalyst which does not contain heavy metals.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a polyester resin includes a step of esterificating an alcohol monomer and a carboxylic acid monomer under the presence of 0.1-1.5g of an organic titanium catalyst with regard to 1 mol of the carboxylic acid monomer at 200-220 °C and a step of conducting the condensation polymerization of the result at 220-240 °C and 2 Torr or less. The esterification reaction is conducted by using 5-15 wt% of an organic titanium catalyst.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
